Upon payment of applicable fees, we commit to delivering training and other services with care and professionalism Our training is an intensive and fast-paced close quarter combat training program. Members will engage in rigorous fitness routines, combat drills, and simulated confrontation/violence under high-pressure conditions. By attending and participating in your class, you are acknowledging and accepting these risks Medical Conditions Not Suitable for Participation: Individuals with degenerative joint conditions are advised to consult with a medical professional before enrolling, as prior joint injuries may be exacerbated by the demanding and impactful training involved in Krav Maga. Individuals with clotting disorders are not eligible for training due to the strenuous and high-impact nature of the exercises We may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. Your consent, granted upon signing the trial class form, remains valid unless you notify us otherwise in writing or verbally Potential Trigger Warning Participants will be exposed to scenarios emulating violence, which may encompass obscenities, verbal threats, and simulated acts of violence. Individuals with a history of abuse or those suffering from PTSD may experience triggers during these activities We are unable to accommodate pregnant participants in our training program Participants are advised to obtain their own appropriate personal accident insurance in case of accidental injury. Instructors carry individual liability insurance but this only covers negligence, NOT commonplace training accidents Missed or cancelled sessions are none refundable unless agreed by instructor and includes cancelations due to elements outside of our control such as venue closure, power cuts etc. Trial classes can be transferred or rescheduled. Rescheduling limit 2 hours before class.
