Our self defence classes are held at Swindon Rugby Football Club, ideally situated for anyone travelling from across the area — including Wroughton, Stratton, Highworth, and Royal Wootton Bassett. We teach practical, real-world Krav Maga techniques that integrate elements of boxing, judo, Muay Thai, and other disciplines, helping you build strength and skill while learning to protect yourself effectively. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already have experience, our central Swindon location makes it easy to join a session and get started.
